Pork Chop Surprise(Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cut pork chops off the bone into small squares.
    Brown in a large skillet in butter.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Stir in mushroom soup and milk; season to taste.
    Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally so it won't scorch.
    Serve over toasted bread or mashed potatoes.
