Deer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. venison
1 1/2 lb. pork or beef fat
2 Tbsp. sage
1 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. pork sausage seasoning
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cook small patty for a taste test.
Add seasoning or meat to satisfy taste.
Do not add salt!
