Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can green chili (liquid too)
    2 1/2 c. diced squash
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 c. onion, cut fine
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil together green chili, squash, celery, onion, oleo and water for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add egg, cracker crumbs and 1 cup cheese.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    30 to 35 minutes.
