Frosty Fruit Cocktail Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 1/2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 banana, sliced
Preparation
    Blend together cheese and sour cream.
    Add sugar and grated lemon rind; blend well.
    Add fruit cocktail, marshmallows and banana slices.
    Freeze in loaf pan; slice.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce.
    Yields 8 servings.
