Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
    1/4 c. condensed chicken broth
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Remove chicken.
    Set aside.
    Add onions to skillet.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in paprika.
