Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. boiling water
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine oatmeal, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, salt and margarine.
    Pour boiling water over this and mix well.
    When mixture is cooled to lukewarm combine yeast and warm water and add to cooled mixture.
    Sti rin enough flour to make soft dough; knead until smooth.
    Let rise in greased bowl, then shape into 2 loaves. Let rise, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
