Potato Sour Cream Casserole(Serves 10 To 15) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated (2 c.)
32 oz. hash brown potatoes, thawed and separated
10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix altogether and spread in 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased Pyrex dish.
Cover tightly (aluminum foil).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover.
Sprinkle topping mixture.
