Buttermilk Rolls (Kolachi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Beat egg yolks, egg, oleo, salt and sugar.
    Warm buttermilk and soda.
    Mix all together except flour.
    Add flour gradually and knead for 8 minutes until a smooth ball.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Make crescent rolls or fill with your favorite fruit filling.
    Let rise again and bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes until brown.
    Brush dough with melted butter each time you let it rise and after baking.
