In-A-Hurry Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bag corn chips (1 or 2 oz.)
    1 can black beans or chili with beans
    1 c. yellow corn (frozen, or if canned, drained)
    1/2 c. diced green and/or red sweet peppers
    1/4 c. diced onion (equivalent of dried minced)
    1 c. chunky salsa
    4 to 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (as desired)
Preparation
    Crush corn chips and place in bottom of a small casserole dish. Top with beans, corn, peppers, onions, salsa and cheese, in that order.
    Microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, or bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
