Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. flavoring
6 Tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg yolks to lemon yellow color.
Add sugar.
Gradually add flour and water alternately.
Add baking powder and salt. Beat after each addition.
Beat egg whites until they form a peak. Fold into batter.
Bake in a tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
