Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. cauliflower
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Separate rolls and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until brown.
    Cool. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spread on crust.
    Chop all vegetables fine.
    Sprinkle on cream cheese.
    Chill.
