Zucchini Cake(Zucchini Isn'T Just A Vegetable. Try It For Dessert.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
1 c. oil
2 c. grated raw zucchini
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Add flour and mix.
Add baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Stir in nutmeg and nuts.
Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
When cool, add Creamy Topping.
