German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cooked potatoes, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    6 stalks celery, diced
    1 lb. bacon
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Crumble.
    Add to potatoes, onion, celery and seasoning.
    Add vinegar to bacon drippings and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour to thicken.
    Pour this over potatoes.
    Let set awhile before serving.
    You can use boiled eggs, pickle relish, celery seed and mustard.
