Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. pineapple or apricot juice
    1 large pkg. orange or lemon jello
    1 large can Carnation milk (very cold)
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt and juice. Bring to boil (can use double boiler). Pour over jello. Cool. Whip Carnation milk and combine. Pour into pie mix into 2 pans lined with vanilla wafers or graham cracker crust. Save a little wafer/cracker to sprinkle over top of pie.
