Pinto Bean Pie(Mock Pecan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. pinto beans (unseasoned)
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/4 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; combine with mashed beans and other ingredients. Bake in uncooked pie shell for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
