Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in 3-quart saucepan.
    Add milk gradually; mix thoroughly.
    Bring to bubble boil on high heat. Stir constantly; reduce heat to medium and continue to boil mixture without stirring until soft balls form in cold water.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Beat by hand until fudge thickens and loses some of its gloss.
    Pour into slightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
