Raisin Pudding Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
    1 (6 oz. serving size) pkg. instant Jell-O pudding and pie filling (vanilla flavor)
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over raisins.
    Let stand for 5 minutes and drain them well.
    Prepare filling mix using 2 cups milk.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Fold in Cool Whip, lemon juice, cinnamon and raisins.
    Chill for 3 hours.
    Garnish if desired.
