Ron'S God Awful Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. steak, trimmed and cut into 3/8 to 1/2-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. lard
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (red)
    1 beef bouillon cube, smashed
    4 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    pinch of basil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 oz. can tomato paste (Hunt's)
    1 clove garlic, smashed
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. sliced tomato
    jalapeno peppers (one each color or whatever), insides scraped out
Preparation
    *BLKLIN stop it sticking to the bottom of the saucepan or forming knots.
