Bitter Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    3 Tbsp. coffee (extra strong)
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    4 Tbsp. evaporated skim milk
    2 Tbsp. rum or cordial, i.e., Grand Marnier
    8 egg whites (at room temperature)
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    As a substitute for extra strong coffee use 3 tablespoons instant powdered coffee with 4 tablespoons of hot water; cool.
