Biscochos(Very Special Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs (reserve 4 tablespoons of later use).
    Add sugar, then oil and beat well.
    Add flour and baking powder, a little at a time, until it forms a smooth dough.
    Roll dough into strips about 1/2 inch diameter, then cut in 4-inch lengths.
    Bring ends together to form a ring.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Add 1 teaspoon sugar to reserved egg and brush on biscochos.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes or until brown.
