Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can hominy, drained
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except salad dressing; mix well.
    Pour salad dressing over mixture; cover and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours.
    Drain and serve with tortilla chips.
