Aunt Jennie'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. chopped, peeled apples (3 apples)
2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, oil, cinnamon, eggs and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until well mixed.
Stir in apples and nuts.
