Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. minced onion
1 minced clove garlic
1/8 tsp. oregano
4 thin slices Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place chicken in preheated oven at 350\u00b0, skin side down, for 1/2 hour; turn and cook 1/2 hour more. Remove from oven.
Pour off fat.
Cook together soup, water, onion, garlic and oregano until steaming.
Pour over chicken.
Arrange Mozzarella over chicken and sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes.
