Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 box lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. whipped cream
    12 marshmallows, quartered
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, flour and vinegar together. Cook until thick.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Mix with cooked mixture and let cool.
    Add whipped cream, pineapple and marshmallows.
    Pour into long cake dish and chill.
    Serves 12 to 15.
