Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. flour
    6 c. skim milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    insides of 4 baked potatoes
    12 slices of cooked bacon
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    green onions
    sour cream
Preparation
    Make roux with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper.
    Add the insides of the potatoes, bacon and cheese to the roux.
    Heat thoroughly and garnish with green onions and sour cream.
