Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Pour sugar over apples and let stand at least 2 hours (forms liquid for mix).
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
