Strawberry Glaze Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
    few drops red food coloring
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Cut up 1 cup of strawberries.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch in 2-quart dish.
    Stir in water gradually until smooth.
    Add the cup of cut-up berries.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and clear.
    Stir in food coloring.
    Stir in remaining berries except for 1/4 cup for topping.
    Pour mixture into pie shell and chill for 3 hours.
    Top with whipped cream and berries.
