Irish Scone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 to 2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Set oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan; set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Rub in the butter, then add sugar and raisins.
Add egg, then buttermilk until mixture is stiff, not runny.
(If too runny, add a little more flour.)
