Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) boneless chicken breast halves
    4 (1 oz.) reduced fat ham slices
    4 (1 oz.) slices low-fat cheese
    1 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 tsp. warm water
    Progresso Italian-style bread crumbs
    vegetable cooking spray
    parsley flakes
    oregano
    black pepper
    onion salt
Preparation
    Flatten chicken pieces to 1/4-inch thickness. Sprinkle with parsley, oregano, onion salt and black pepper.
    Place a ham slice and a cheese slice on each chicken breast. Roll up from short side and secure rolls with wooden picks.
