Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

Place scallops in a buttered casserole dish. Add bread crumbs, crackers, salt and garlic salt.
Combine butter and cream; drizzle over scallops (do not mix).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
