Pfeuserli(Swiss Pancake Dabs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. butter
    1 gill warm milk (1/2 c.)
    3 to 4 spoonfuls flour, sifted
    2 to 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Melt butter in warm milk and stir in sifted flour to make batter.
    Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Fry in walnut-size pieces in very hot oil.
    Excellent with fall vegetables.
