Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 medium size onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    3 c. milk
    potatoes
Preparation
    Pan boil potatoes.
    Melt butter and add onions and cook gently until soft but not browned, 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour and seasonings.
    Remove from heat and slowly add milk.
    Stir until well blended.
    Place over heat and cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
    Add potatoes, liquid and any other vegetables.
