Carrot Cake And Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
1 c. walnuts
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Mix all but last four ingredients together in mixing bowl. Pour into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until done (about 45 minutes).
Cool.
Mix last 4 ingredients together and pour over cooled cake.
