Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, cut in chunks
4 stalks celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
12 small onions
3 level Tbsp. minute tapioca
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 to 2 lb. stewing beef, cut into bite size chunks
Preparation

Put everything in a large casserole and cover.
Put in 275\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
