Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    3 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    2/3 c. picante sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 sweet green pepper
    1 sweet red pepper
    1 large yellow squash or zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
Preparation
    Saute crushed tomatoes, picante sauce, cumin, salt and basil leaves.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
