Poppy Seed Dressing(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. raspberry or white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. orange or lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. canola or safflower oil
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar, rind and mustard.
    Gradually whisk in oil until all is incorporated.
    Stir in poppy seed.
    (May also be prepared in a blender or food processor.)
    Yield:
    About 1 3/4 cups.
