Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Saute over low heat the first four ingredients in 1/3 cup oil. Stir until macaroni turns slightly yellow.
    Heat to boiling the tomato juice.
    Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir into macaroni mixture.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Cover. Bake in oven 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
