Blueberry Muffins(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/8 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Combine egg, milk and oil; stir only enough to combine.
    Do not smooth batter.
    Add flour mixture; fold together.
    Fill lined muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
