Hour And A Half Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/4 to 5 3/4 c. flour
2 pkg. Red Star dry yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Measure flour and pour on waxed paper.
Soak yeast in 1/2 cup warm water for 5 minutes.
Combine milk, sugar and salt in large mixing bowl.
Stir to dissolve. Beat in shortening, yeast mixture and 2 cups of flour with rotary beater until smooth.
Add remaining flour.
