Oven-Roasted "New" Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. small new potatoes
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
snipped chives or parsley (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Put potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Toss to coat.
Bake 35 minutes, shaking pan twice, or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender. Sprinkle with chives or parsley, if desired.
