Pineapple Wonder(Given To Clo Fletcher By Clara Hollingsworth) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 bananas
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. milk
3/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Bake cake in an 8 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch pan.
Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil.
Spread on cake while hot.
When cake is cool, mix cream cheese, pudding mix and milk until smooth.
Spread on cake; do not cook!
Arrange slices of bananas on top.
Frost with Cool Whip; garnish with pecans. Refrigerate.
