Cheese Veggie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag mixed frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1/2 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick melted butter (1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Prepare frozen vegetables as directed on package and put into buttered dish.
    Slice cheese over vegetables.
    Sprinkle crackers on top and add melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
