Aunt Frances' Zesty Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, according to package directions, and drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk, mayonnaise and horseradish together in a mixing bowl.
    Stir into broccoli.
    Spoon the mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
