Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chopped broccoli, frozen
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine, melted
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well and add 1 box (8 1/2 oz.)
    Jiffy cornbread muffin mix and a dash of Tabasco.
    Heat large skillet very hot with cooking oil.
    Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    Bake thin; when cool, cut into small squares.
    Bake in 2 skillets or 2 pans.
