Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb seasoned)
Preparation
    Cook squash, carrots and onions until tender and water cooks out.
    Turn off heat and add soup, pimentos and sour cream and mix. Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
    Alternate layers of stuffing and squash mixture, starting with stuffing on bottom of casserole.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
