Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    3/4 c. rice
    3 large eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. half and half
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat milk first.
    Cook rice in milk slowly.
    In second pan, heat egg yolks, half and half and sugar.
    Mix the mixtures together.
    Cook about another 15 minutes.
    Add vanilla and cinnamon.
