Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream
6 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
dash of salt
1 c. cocoa
Preparation

In heavy saucepan, stir cream and butter and melt to barely a boil; stir in sugar until dissolved.
Reduce heat; with wire whisk, stir in salt and cocoa until smooth.
Serve over ice cream and store in glass jar.
Reheat 1 to 2 minutes.
