Pea Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
10 large spinach leaves
10 green leaf lettuce leaves
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped leeks or 1/2 onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth
3/4 c. table cream
Preparation

Simmer all ingredients except cream and butter for 20 minutes. Pour in blender and process until smooth.
Put back into pan. Warm and add cream and butter.
Serve with croutons if you like.
