Ann'S Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6.5 oz.) can solid white tuna (in water), drained
2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery
1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard powder
mayonnaise (just enough to make mixture stick together)
hamburger buns, unbuttered
Preparation

A traditional barbecue delicacy is lamb testicles. Place the meat immediately in brine for about 30 minutes. Remove thread and cut. Wash in clean water.
Place in boiling water and boil until the lamb's testicles are \"dry.\"
Add butter, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir-fry in a saucepan until brown and crisp. The dish can be served cold.
