Green Beans And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. green beans
1 lb. salt pork
6 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
Preparation

Cover salt pork with water and cook for 20 minutes.
Break beans into 1/2-inch pieces and add to pot.
Cover with water. Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
Add more water, if necessary, to keep beans covered.
Add potatoes and any water necessary to cover vegetables.
Cook another 30 minutes or until potatoes are done. Serve with ham and corn bread.
